My Favorite Time of Year...Bowl Season

I have been known to say that winter stinks. That being said i do love a big snowstorm. This weekend i was looking forward to football games and a good snowstorm. Well so far I am 0-1. It will not snow this weekend instead it is going to rain, a lot. Once again winter stinks.
Looking forward to todays action of football games. quickly i think florida st. got a gift going to the bowl they did and in turn will get destroyed by West Virginia. I also think that despite the Pac-10's struggles this year in the bowls they will beat Ohio St. by at least 17 points. Unlike last year with Alabama losing to Utah because Alabama "was disappointed with their bowl game,"Florida is going to blow out Cincy tonight by 24.
Ever since I can remember I was always getting sick, hurting myself, and a general lack of focus. At first people thought that i just wanted attention by acting sick, or playing it up a bit. Or if i got hurt it was just being a crazy boy. In school i thought that the important things to hold on to were how to get a laugh from my peers or organize something for later on. My mom said that ever since i was a child my skin was extremely sensitive and anything scented would cover me in a rash. Winter time was especially bad because my skin would dry out so much that it would crack and scab over thus always cracking back open before it healed. This was stuff i knew would happen and would have to deal with. When i started puberty i felt sicker than usual everyday and every time i ate i would get very sick. At that time i also started dealing with severe mood swings and eventually depression. several doctor visits later i was on anti depressants and medication for ADHD. The gastro-intestinal issues continued as well. I also started experiencing extreme joint pains and even dislocations all the time in both shoulders. After three shoulder operations over the years the doctor has told me i will live with pain forever. Eventually I was hospitalized with Pancreatitis for a week. They (the Dr.) decided the best course of action was to take by gallbladder out. while in the hospital the dr told me my liver enzymes were extremely high (every blood test i can remember have said the same thing). So while taking my gallbladder out they did a liver biopsy also. The result was a fatty liver and to lose weight. No course of action on how to do that was ever explained or any checking to figure out what was causing everything all my problems. Once again i was told i would have to live like this forever, pain and illness everyday.
This past November my mother heard of a dr. in Rexburg Idaho who could possibly help me. from testimonials from coworkers about how after everything was done with their child and nowhere else to turn they went to him and after a short time the child was better. I know i am being vague but that means you have to read the next post to find out more.
I will explain more next time but remember one thing. Ohio St sucks and I left the "The" off of it on purpose. GO DUCKS!

Christmas Movies

It's a Wonderful Life Stinks! There I said it. I know that the pre-color movie/TV generations are probably losing their collective minds at that statement but calm down. The obvious best Christmas movie, Christmas Vacation, instead of being depressed 98% of the time like in It's a Wonderful Life. Even the happy moment at the end of the movie is not as good because of its lack of color. Christmas vacation captures it all. It is full of one liners that tend to be repeated throughout the Christmas season. Clark deals with financial problems, you have the crazy guy that somehow makes the movie better(cousin Eddie).

Other than that Merry Christmas everyone. I am going to try to change my life. I eat the wrong foods and hate working out. I feel like it is so cliche to do this on New Years, so i am doing it on Christmas instead. Is that too cliche? I want to post my progress/setbacks everything along the way. if there are any suggestions please let me know. I have a specific diet plan i need to follow which consists of high protein snack first thing in the morning no more than 100ish calories. then i get ready and have a healthy breakfast. Every two hours i have to have another 100 calorie snack with a healthy lunch/ dinner mixed in as well not to exceed 1200-1500 calories in a day. If i find anything that works i will post it here. I will also probably post the disasters as well. So far its a lot of yogurt and cottage cheese. I need to diversify, quickly.
